Healing With Yun is my independent personal writing and creative platform. It is a space for reflection, storytelling, conversations, and sharing perspectives on life, relationships, identity, and personal growth.
Content shared here reflects my personal views and is intended for general informational and reflective purposes. It does not constitute psychotherapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or individualized professional advice. Participation in this platform does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
You do not have to have the right words or know exactly what you are trying to ask. Sometimes, the things we struggle to articulate are the things we most need to talk about. Whatever is on your mind, you are welcome to share it without fear of judgment. I may not have all the answers, but I can offer an honest perspective, a little compassion, and perhaps a different way of looking at things.
Ask Yun is a warm, thoughtful space for exploring relationships, emotional contradictions, and personal growth. Here is how the advice column works and what to expect when you reach out -
What topics do you focus on?
I love exploring relationships, modern dating, attachment patterns, friendships, family dynamics, boundaries, self-worth, and personal growth. I am especially drawn to complicated interpersonal situations, recurring habits, and questions that invite self-reflection.
Is this a replacement for therapy?
No. This is not a therapy service. Healing With Yun is an independent creative writing and reflection platform. Ask Yun offers personal perspectives and general reflections, not psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or professional mental health services.
Can I submit my question anonymously?
Yes. Questions may be submitted anonymously. However, I cannot guarantee absolute anonymity. For your own privacy, please avoid including identifying details, full names, or sensitive personal information in your message.
Will every submitted question receive a reply?
Because of the volume of submissions, not every letter can be answered individually. Selected questions may be edited for length and clarity before being published alongside my response.
Where are the advice letters published?
Selected questions and responses are published here on the site and explored in greater depth within my Substack newsletter. Subscribing to my Substack is the best way to catch new advice entries and reflective essays.
How long should my submission be?
Feel free to write as much as you need to capture your situation honestly. Focus on the core emotional dilemma, your dynamic with the people involved, and what you are hoping to untangle.
